Spinach pulusu koora

Ingredients
1 cup sliced radish
1 cup Peanuts
1 packet frozen spinach
1/2 cup besan
2 tbsp brown sugar
pinch of turmeric
2 tsp Tamarind Paste
1/4 tsp methi powder
Procedure
Boil sliced radish, in water , with a pinch of turmeric
Once radish slices are boiled , add the frozen Spinach
Cook for few minutes
Dissolve Besan in water and mix it with radish and spinach mixture.
Add Chilli powder and salt as per your taste
Add 2 tsp of Tamarind paste
Add Brown sugar to it.
Add Seasoning ( chanadal, urad dhal, methi powder, turmeric , red chillies , peanuts and hing)
This taste very good with Rotis and Rice
