Vegetable Baath

Vegetable Baath

Ingredients
1 cup cubed potatoes
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup Green Onions
1 cup Peas
1 cup chopped Beans
1 cup Cauliflower
1/2 cup Cashew
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup coconut grated
1/2 cup Almonds
1 cup Basmati rice
Procedure
Take 1/2 cup oil in a wok shallow fry potatoes
Take Potatoes out.
Shallow fry , beans , carrots , Cauliflower similar to Potatoes
Marinate all the fried vegetables , with 1 tsp sugar , 1tsplemon juice and desired amount of salt.
Fry cashews , Almonds and raisins, marinate them with salt and lemon juice.
Fry green onion shoots , green chillies and corainder , after few minutes add 1 cup rice .
After rice turns light golden brown, add dry grated coconut ( dessicated) .
Add 3 cups of water and boil
Add Biryani Masala Powder
Add all the vegetables and the frozen peas, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and salt per your taste.
Cover and cook for few mts.
